Having spent the morning at the mercy of Indian bureaucracy (don’t get me started on how frustrating it is), I was frankly starving. I have been struggling to find anything remotely healthy but this is as close it gets. The mystery pasta sauce was tasty and I was delighted to see some vegetables. The portion was a bit small for the money but at least I’ve kept scurvy at bay.
