A lunch crawl

Today was never going to be a healthy day as it is my final day travelling. The excesses started first thing when I was force fed pancakes in the hostel for breakfast with a delightful array of toppings (to be honest I didn’t put up much resistance!) I tried to offset the food by walking as much as I physically could. I met some Russian friends to go on a walking tour and we ended up having a lunch crawl on the go. First I had bread stuffed with beans – it was a bit heavy but still tasty. Within 15 minutes, I then went for ice cream – not a traditional Georgian dish but it was wonderful. Far better than any I’ve had in Hong Kong. Finally, I ended it with a sugary donut and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.
